10/4/23. My project with Deese Elite was to cover a floor for a screened back porch with several settling cracks, and cover a floor for an open front porch with major foundation cracks and steep brick steps. Brad assured me their product and installation team could handle the challenge.Josh, Vernon, and Devante arrived early and I showed Josh both areas and discussed my concerns, including how to keep animals (cats, possums, birds etc) off the front porch while the coating dries. We developed a plan and the team went to work. They barely stopped for lunch and basically completed the back porch, and prepped the front porch for the next day. Josh hung plastic sheeting around the front porch to help keep out the critters and allow me a way outside while the back porch floor dried.They were to return early the next day to remove the plastic and finish the front porch. A truck finally arrived later the next morning but a different team was sent. Dwight and Jerrel explained that Josh’s team was assigned to a new job and they were to complete my job. I was very upset that my original team who was working so well here according to our plan was pulled and now I had to start over and explain what we had done and why, and what still needed to be done.I spoke to Allie and told her it was unfair to everyone to yank Josh’s team and not bother to advise me about it. Josh’s team and I had worked well together and they should finish the second floor as we had planned. She advised it could take several days before Josh would be available to help me. I had other plans for the rest of the week, and really wanted to get the porch furniture and plants out of my house and back on the porches where they belong, so Dwight and Jerrel finished the second floor and did final cleanup. They did a fine job.Overall the floors look good and both crews performed well. However the office coordination with me about my project needs improvement: unreturned phone calls, confused and uninformed staff, and the last straw of sending a new team in the middle of my job. The lack of concern for my project and their handling of both teams is very unprofessional. This disappointment makes me hesitate to recommend Deese Elite. ☹️Update 10/8/23Your reply does not address my concerns: poor customer service and lack of respect for me and the crews.
