Deese Elite Concrete Coatings was established by Buck and Ashly Deese, in 2020. When the future looked dismal for many, they chose to utilize their newfound together time to get back to their roots. As Florida natives, both Buck and Ashly felt a dedication to serve the communities they know and love.
Buck Deese has over 30 years of construction experience under his belt and has an in-depth knowledge of all things related, not to mention a continued desire to learn. There's not a problem he can't solve.
Ashly Deese has a degree in supervision and management and has worked in those areas for most of her career. Her experience, coupled with her exceptional attention to detail, will guarantee that your project is completed to perfection.

Carin is a ray of sunshine in the Deese Elite Headquarters. Her role as Human Resources Manager allows her to advocate for our staff while keeping the business's best interests in mind. Carin is our resident plant whisperer, doting on our office plants and reviving the ones she hasn't been able to visit when needed. Away from the office, you might find Carin somewhere with her hands in the dirt or her feet in the water.
Allie began her role with Deese Elite as the trusted nanny for Abby Deese. While Abby may no longer need a nanny, Deese Elite still needs Allie. Allie jumped in and took the reins, showing us how capable she really was. Her strengths were evident as she navigated the Deese Elite waters and eventually assumed her role as Services Manager. Allie still gets to play with Abby often, usually on a beach where she feels most at home.
Because Robert is the nephew of Buck Deese, the owner of Deese Elite, we really hoped he would have a work ethic that matched. Fortunately, Robert blew our expectations out of the water. As Emerald Coast Production Manager, Robert leads his team with strength, understanding, and humor. Robert continues to lead by example, having worked hard to get to where he is. Robert enjoys spending his time off somehow making his truck even bigger, catching big fish, and fitting in family time.
Ashley is the oldest daughter of Buck and Ashly Deese, but she is best known for being a marketing wizard. As our Marketing Manager, Ashley is gifted with an eye for design when it comes to creating and managing our print and digital content. With her knowledge and passion for marketing, she thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach. When she's not using her creative mind, Ashley is advocating for child welfare. In her free time, she enjoys outings with her two girls and beau, Marty, our exceptional Data Analyst.
DJ is hard-working and a great leader; he isn't afraid to do what needs to be done. As the Production Manager for our Wiregrass location, DJ demonstrates daily that he is passionate about his work and takes pride in what he does. He is a good listener, gives great advice, and takes some of the best photos. In his free time, DJ loves to spend time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.
Clint is the world's best grandpa… I mean Facilities and Maintenance Manager. If you're looking for him, you can usually find him tinkering away, welding, or changing the oil on one of our many machines. He's always got a smile and a joke for you unless he's waiting around the corner to scare your socks off. He has a need for speed and you can often catch him on the track with his pride and joy, Sweetie (his 1990 Chevy Silverado).

This is due to polyureas extreme flexibility, elongation, dense cross-linking and mar resistance. Polyureas can take a tremendous amount of abuse because they are malleable and can take the physical impacts and disperse them, much like the rubber on a car tire.
Polyureas are 98% more flexible than typical Epoxy/Hybrid floor coatings. This flexibility is key during large temperature fluctuations. Polyureas, being as flexible as they are, expand and contract with the concrete leaving the surface strong and intact.
Polyureas are more chemically resistant to a much wider range of chemicals than epoxy surfaces. This is due to their densely cross-linked chemistry. From Stains, Oil, Gas, and Grease, to Acids, Skydrol, Hydroxides, Polyureas will stand the test of time. Polyureas are also 100% UV stable.
